Silliness

As most of you know, I’m somewhat dedicated to physical fitness. I’m not perfect with my workouts, but for the past week, I’ve been running and hitting the weights hard.

I just removed my clothes and saw a slightly different body. But my brain did not register. 

So what did I do?

I spent about 5 minutes, if not more, panicking. I pulled at my skin and slapped my belly a couple of times and stared greatly confuzzled into my mirror.

My tummy has slimmed down a bit and as a result, I have less fat on my hips and I am now able to feel my hip-bone and the muscle forming to create that ‘v-cut’.

It’s not a significant change, but change is change and I am now more motivated than ever to stick with my workouts and healthy eating.
