Anonymous: do you ever wonder if publish your exact weight/weight loss might be a trigger to others who read your blog? I understand that this blog is personal, but just thought that you might want to know that it isn't always healthy to publish progress in numbers regarding weight.

No. It is my own accomplishment gotten through hard work. I have advised people to unfollow my blog if they feel it serves as a trigger. I am losing weight the healthy way and people should not be offended because I am being HEALTHY. As a former bulimic, I simply stay away from media that could trigger me and I advise people to use their common sense and do the same.

My weight-loss came solely from clean-eating and exercise. I will keep posting my weight in numbers. Even if I I gain weight, but remain in good physical shape, I will post my progress number. 

If I weighed 140 pounds and still had toned legs and a flatter tummy, I would STILL post a picture up with my weight because I am proud of what I have accomplished in a healthy manner. Being 123 pounds is no different.
