Day 2…..I still have to do Day 3 today because I missed yesterday. And then off to the gym for some light bike riding and heavy weights. I lost another pound, but that will come back since I’ve stuffed my face with cake and ice cream……..I’ve been craving toast strongly lately…..I had given up on bread for a few months now., but I think it’s time to satisfy this crave.
It take a lot of will-power to get me to the gym, but when I do get there, I always feel great. Still can’t find my running shoes so I shall be snatching up my mother’s.
Does anyone out there care to share their favorite workouts?
